Cancellation Policy

1. Booking can be made online or via our Hotline (3442 7733). 2. The online booking system is available 24 hours; the Hotline is available Monday to Friday (9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). 3. No booking can be made less than 24 hours before the preferred date and time of the appointment. 4. Please attend the appointment on time. 5. The appointment will be cancelled automatically 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Further booking by the same party will be suspended for a month. 6. Cancellation must be made no less than 24 hours before the appointment via our e-mail (legalclinic@cityu.edu.hk) or hotline (3442 7733), failing which further booking by the same party will be suspended for a month. 1. 閣下可以透過我們的網頁或熱線（3442 7733 ）進行預約。2. 網上預約系统24小時運作；熱線於星期一至星期五（上午9:30至下午6:00）由專人接聽。3. 閣下須在欲揀選的預約日期和時間不少於二十四小時前進行預約。4. 請閣下準時出席預約。5. 如果閣下在預約時間後10分鐘內仍未能出席，預約將自動被取消。閣下將被暫停一個月再次進行預約。6. 如閣下欲取消預約，請於預約時間不少於二十四小時前透過我們的電郵(legalclinic@cityu.edu.hk)或熱線（3442 7733）辦理，否則閣下將被暫停一個月再次進行預約。
